By accessing or using VaultQuiz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3. Acceptable Use

When using VaultQuiz, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play quizzes or manipulate scores
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Impersonate other users or use offensive usernames
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Quiz Content

All quiz questions, answers, and related content on VaultQuiz are created for entertainment and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all quiz answers are correct. Quiz content is the property of VaultQuiz and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Scores & Leaderboards

We reserve the right to remove scores, reset streaks, or ban accounts that we reasonably believe have been achieved through cheating, exploitation, or violation of these terms. Leaderboard positions and XP are for entertainment purposes and hold no monetary value.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting quiz suggestions, comments, or other content to VaultQuiz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate that content into the Service. You retain ownership of your original submissions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep VaultQuiz available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss of data, streaks, or progress due to downtime.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile, scores, and achievements will be permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

VaultQuiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VaultQuiz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
